Men in Ministry: Beyond the Sermon – An Honest Conversation Beyond the Pulpit Ministry is powerful, but it can also be heavy. Behind every sermon is a man who carries responsibility, pressure, and challenges that don’t always make it into Sunday messages. Too often, the real conversations men in ministry need are the ones that never happen. This free gathering is for all men in ministry—pastors, ministers, leaders, and brothers—who are ready to go deeper. Together we’ll move beyond titles and into real dialogue about faith, manhood, leadership, and wellness. In this safe, supportive space we will: Talk openly about the challenges of ministry and manhood Share tools to strengthen mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health Build authentic brotherhood and community-driven solutions Our communities need leaders who are willing to stand up and speak out, not just from the pulpit but in everyday life. This event is an opportunity to recharge, reflect, and connect with other men of faith who are committed to leading with truth and courage.
