StandUp SpeakOut NC, in partnership with the Durham Whole Health Team (VA), invites veterans, survivors, and community members to experience the healing power of creative expression. Through art, conversation, mindfulness, and connection, participants will explore healthy ways to reduce stress, strengthen emotional well being, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive, judgment free environment. Whether you're navigating life's challenges, seeking community, or simply looking for a creative outlet, this space is for you. Veterans, survivors, family members, and all adults are welcome.
